Accessibility Statement

3SA Silver Stiletto Security Agency LLC  |  Effective Date: August 7, 2026  |  Last Updated: August 7, 2026

3SA Silver Stiletto Security Agency LLC ("3SA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our website usable by the broadest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology or who rely on keyboard navigation, screen readers, high-contrast displays, or other accommodations.

This page describes our accessibility goal, our current state of conformance, the limitations we know about, how to tell us about a barrier you encountered, and the formal escalation pathway if our response is inadequate.

01 Our Accessibility Goal

Our goal is for www.verifiedby3sa.com to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the most widely recognized accessibility standard adopted in U.S. federal procurement and state-level digital-service rules.

Conformance at AA means our pages should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for the broadest range of users, including those using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice-control, and reduced-motion preferences.

02 Current State of Conformance

www.verifiedby3sa.com is hand-authored static HTML with hand-tuned CSS. The current site uses Space Grotesk and DM Sans (loaded from Google Fonts), a high-contrast palette anchored on Stark dark-on-light contrast tokens, and semantic landmarks that assistive technology can navigate directly.

What we do today

  • Semantic landmarks: <header>, <nav>, <main>, and <footer> regions are used consistently so screen-reader users can jump between site regions.
  • Keyboard navigation: Every interactive element — nav links, footer links, form controls, buttons — is reachable and operable via keyboard. Visible focus rings are applied via :focus-visible.
  • Tap-target sizing: Interactive controls on small viewports (iPhone SE and similar) are sized to the Apple Human Interface Guidelines and WCAG 2.5.5 minimum target-size guidance of 44x44 CSS pixels.
  • Color contrast: Body, heading, nav, and form-text tokens meet AA contrast (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI components) against the off-white background.
  • Form labels: Intake, contact, corporate, and booking forms associate each input with a visible <label> and provide descriptive error states.
  • Language: The root <html> element declares lang="en"; bilingual content is announced with a Spanish toggle where supported.

Honest framing: we have not engaged an external accessibility auditor and we do not publish an audited AA conformance report. The summary above reflects an internal review of how the site is built, not a third-party certification. We state this plainly so you can weigh it as you decide whether our site meets your own access needs.

03 Known Limitations

We disclose what we currently cannot guarantee under our own control, rather than claiming coverage we have not audited:

  • Stripe Checkout pages: When you reach the secure payment step, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe Checkout is governed by Stripe's own accessibility work; we do not author those pages and cannot make AA conformance claims about them. The same applies to any Stripe-hosted receipt or portal pages accessed after payment.
  • Third-party embeds: Any captcha, embedded video, map widget, or chat widget introduced in future service tiers is owned and rendered by its third-party vendor. We will surface a notice on the page when such an embed is added.
  • Older content and one-off PDF deliverables: Blog images and downloadable PDF deliverables (sample report, intake attachments) are authored manually; since these are point-in-time artifacts, they may not be retro-fitted to the same AA targets as live pages. We mark download artifacts clearly and provide a text-equivalent summary where feasible.
  • Color-only meaning: A small number of status badges use color as a supplementary cue rather than a primary one; if you find a screen that relies on color alone, please tell us — it will be addressed on the next planned revision.

04 How to Report a Barrier

If you encounter a page, control, or flow on our site that is not usable with your assistive technology, with keyboard-only navigation, or under any other access constraint, please tell us. We respond personally and aim to remediate real barriers quickly.

Report an accessibility barrier:

Email: 3sa-llc@proton.me (subject line "Accessibility")

Please include: the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you used, and a short description of what failed or was hard to use.

We commit to a response within 5 business days. For barriers that prevent intake or booking, we will provide an alternative contact path (email, voice, or postal) until the issue is fixed.

05 Formal Complaint & Escalation

If you have reported a barrier and believe our response was inadequate, or if you wish to file a formal accessibility complaint, the U.S. Department of Justice maintains the public ADA.gov portal that explains how to file a complaint under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act for web-accessibility matters:

Formal complaint pathway:

U.S. Department of Justice — ADA.gov — File a Complaint

https://www.ada.gov/file-a-complaint/

3SA is a Virginia-licensed private investigative firm; we are not subject to a specific state-level digital-access regulator for PI services. The ADA.gov pathway is the standard federal complaint route for accessibility issues on commercial websites.
