3SA provides background checks and security consulting. Services are delivered according to the scope definied in each client ctract or proposal. Any additional services outside the agreed scope require a seperate written agreement. 

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for background checks and assessments. Clients are resposinble for signing all required consent forms and submit forms to 3SA.

#sa maintains a secure office enviroment inspected for compliance. All digital records are encrypted and access restricted to authorized personnel. PHYSICAL FILES ARE STORED IN LOCKED facilities with limited access. 

3SA provides services based on available records and data sources. 3Sa is not liable for errors or omission in third-party data. All clients shall assume responsibility for decisions made based on 3sa reports.

Fees are outlined in the client choosing of subscription plan or one-time payments. Payments are due upon review and completion of consent forms and master agreemnt form. Late payments will delay services provided by 3SA. No payments will result in termination of contract or result in being sent to collections after 30 days of non-payment.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, 3SA will securely delete or return client data, subject to legal retention requirements.

All agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
